“My team was in immediate need of lanes needing shut down due to heavy traffic in the rush hours, causing a dangerous atmosphere. I requested emergency traffic control through Sherman (at AWP). Sherman’s team responded and arrived on site roughly within 30 minutes of requesting services. The team had everything needed to shut down the road and provide a safe working area for my team for the duration of our clean up. We had zero issues with communication with the AWP team pre, during, and post operations. As mentioned before, I have never had an issue with Sherman answering our phone calls when we are in need of AWP, or not having the right equipment on site to ensure my teams safety.”
