Tom Kratt

Tom Kratt brings 40 years of utility industry experience to his role at AWP Safety. He began his career in nuclear engineering before moving into distribution operations and later held responsibility for American Electric Power’s distribution portfolio in Ohio.
At AWP Safety, Tom applies his utility-side perspective to worksite safety and traffic control operations. His experience gives him firsthand insight into how planning decisions translate to field conditions, how teams adapt when conditions change and how leaders can reinforce strong operating discipline.
